Get to know Susan: For more than 20 years, Susan Falco has been helping people realize the dream of home ownership while making many long-lasting relationships along the way. Real estate is in Susan's blood. Having been the 10-year-old "assistant" to her Realtor mom, with a real passion for design and a true love of people, real estate sales seemed the natural path for her. She began her real estate sales career in 1990 in Rhode Island.
Hilton Head Island has always been a very special place to Susan. Having enjoyed frequent visits since the age of 12, she knew that she would one day call Hilton Head home. "Living on Hilton Head Island is as good as it gets," she said. "I am so excited to be living in such a beautiful place."
Real estate philosophy: A graduate of Roger Williams University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance, Susan offers her clients a creative and innovative approach to buying and selling real estate. She believes that her ability to listen to her clients' needs enables her to truly understand their goals.

Real estate accomplishments: Originally specializing in new home sales, Susan went on to be recognized annually for her professional accomplishments in all facets of residential real estate. Prior to joining Dunes Marketing Group, she served 11 years as sales manager for a successful national brand real estate company.
Community service: As a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, Susan believes in the importance of giving back to the community.
